Marketing Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. This role supports our Marketing Head by executing marketing strategies, providing feedback, and coordinating digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a keen eye for detail and has experience in entrepreneurial marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Head in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to the marketing team.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and entrepreneurial marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms).
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Night Shift Availability: Willingness to work night shifts as needed to accommodate international clients or project deadlines.
