Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who excels in content management, blog creation, newsletter preparation, website updates, social media management, and leveraging AI tools for content creation and data analysis. This role demands a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, exceptional communication skills, and a keen interest in AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• General Content: Catalog and repurpose content from various sources (books, blogs, podcasts, videos, testimonials).
• Develop monthly video content plans.
• Identify AI-generated content opportunities (text, images, video, avatars, music).
• Utilize tools like Minvo for video snippets, Audiogram for animated images, and Bookifer for e-books.
• Blogs: Identify new blog topics and SEO-optimize content.
• Bi-Weekly Newsletter: Create and send newsletters using Mailchimp, based on templates and outlines.
• Website Management: Update website with new media, testimonials, and client logos.
• Social Media Management:  Develop a strategy for a content calendar, edit clips, create playlists, and regular posting. 
• Conduct data analysis using AI
• Edit and design graphics using Canva.

Qualifications 

• Proven experience as a Marketing Virtual Assistant or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in content management and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and data analysis.
• Ability to manage and supervise project-based contractors.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
