Customer Engagement Manager

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Engagement Manager to manage customer interactions and ensure satisfaction across various communication channels. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding customer needs, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role involves significant interaction with customers, as well as collaboration with internal teams to provide seamless support.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to enhance user experience and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to integrate Braze solutions into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to drive improvements.
  • Stay updated with Braze updates and new features, ensuring our platform utilizes the latest capabilities effectively.

Qualifications 

  • Proven expertise in Braze, with at least 2 years of experience in managing Braze platforms in a business setting.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and campaign results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to deploy customer engagement solutions.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.

 

Technical and Availability Requirements

  • Technology and Workspace: Must possess a laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor, 8GB of RAM, and dual monitors.
  • A noise-canceling headset, a dedicated workspace, and a high-quality camera are essential.
  • Availability: Candidates should not have any planned vacations for the next 6 months.
  • Skills and Qualities: We are looking for individuals who are organized, possess strong management and interpersonal skills, are detail-oriented, and reliably adaptive.
  • Connectivity: Must have a stable and reliable internet connection.
