Sales Specialist   

We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Sales Specialist who excels at building connections and uncovering new business opportunities. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and developing leads that directly fuel sales growth, while building trust with prospects and partners.

• Generate & Qualify Leads: Research potential clients, decision-makers, and opportunities, particularly in product development–related markets
  
  
• Execute Outreach: Connect with prospects through LinkedIn, email, and phone using approved messaging, while keeping communication authentic and professional
  
  
• Leverage Networks: Re-engage existing contacts and past clients to uncover new opportunities
  
  
• Manage CRM: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot Sales, including activities, interactions, and lead status
  
  
• Support Deal Flow: Coordinate smooth handoffs of qualified leads for deeper discussions and deal closure
  
  
• Align Messaging: Collaborate to refine outreach templates to match leadership’s communication style and brand voice
  
  
• Track Market Trends: Monitor industry trends, company updates, and competitor activity to identify timely outreach opportunities

• Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or business development
  
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust
  
  
• A hunter mindset with persistence and confidence in reaching senior decision-makers
  
  
• Experience using HubSpot Sales or similar CRM platforms
  
  
• Strong research and prospect identification skills
  
  
• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy approach to client relationships
  
  
• Adaptability in messaging while maintaining brand consistency
