Prompt Engineer & AI Systems Coordinator

We are looking for a systems-minded Prompt Engineer / AI Systems Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of AI, automation, and operations. This role focuses on designing scalable, reliable AI-powered workflows that turn complex processes into efficient, self-running systems with measurable business impact.

• Build AI Workflows: Design and optimize AI-driven workflows that streamline operations and support transformation initiatives
  
  
• Develop Prompts & Systems: Create, refine, and maintain structured prompts, automation scripts, and AI agent systems across GPT-based platforms and other LLM tools
  
  
• Validate Outputs: Review and troubleshoot AI-generated code, content, and data to ensure accuracy, logic, and consistency
  
  
• Document Processes: Create clear SOPs, blueprints, and flowcharts to standardize and scale AI systems
  
  
• Analyze Performance: Review performance data to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements
  
  
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with multiple teams to ensure workflows align with business needs and project goals
  
  
• Track Progress: Monitor performance using dashboards, reports, and regular check-ins

• Proven experience in AI systems, automation, or prompt engineering
