Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Social Media Manager who can turn data into measurable growth. This role owns paid media strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across multiple platforms, ensuring campaigns deliver real business results—not just clicks.
What You'll Do
- Lead Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms
- Set Up & Launch Campaigns: Manage ad accounts, campaign structures, tracking (pixels, UTMs, conversion APIs), and media planning
- Optimize Performance: Build ad sets, manage creative rotations, run A/B tests, and optimize daily for ROI and efficiency
- Manage Budgets: Allocate, forecast, and reallocate budgets to hit KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, and CTR
- Analyze & Report: Create clear, client-ready performance reports with actionable insights and trend analysis
- Support Client Growth: Present strategies and results, recommend new platforms and tactics, and tailor approaches to client goals
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with creative, content, organic social, and strategy teams for cohesive campaigns
- Support Internal Initiatives: Drive paid media efforts for inbound leads, email list growth, and direct sales
- Stay Current: Keep up with platform updates, policies, and digital marketing trends
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
- Proven success scaling B2B and/or D2C brands through paid advertising
- Strong understanding of targeting, tracking, funnels, and performance optimization
- Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
- Experience in lead generation and direct response advertising
- Strong skills in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, native dashboards)
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and budget control
- Ability to manage spend tracking and monthly reconciliations
- Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented approach
