  • 30 days of Full Engagement: The candidate must successfully complete 30 days of full engagement with their assigned client.
  • 90 days of Full Engagement: The candidate must successfully complete 90 days of full engagement with their assigned client. This entails adherence to both client and agency policies, and no record of disciplinary actions or role changes during the period.

  • Receive a final warning, suspension, or disciplinary action during the 90 days.
Can I still qualify if I applied before July 10 or after September 30, 2025?

No. Only candidates who submit a complete application between July 10 and September 30, 2025, and sign the job offer by September 30, 2025, are eligible.

Is the bonus available for all roles?

Yes, as long as the candidate meets all eligibility and engagement requirements outlined in the program.

Do I need to apply for the sign-in bonus separately?

No. If you meet the program’s eligibility criteria and complete the required engagement milestones, the bonus is automatically processed through payroll.
