Certified Public Accountant

We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to lead financial reconciliations, ensure GAAP compliance, and support continuous process improvements. This role is hands-on and detail-driven, supporting month-end close, audits, financial reporting, and internal controls in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage General Ledger: Ensure timely, accurate posting, balancing, and reconciliation across assigned entities
  
  
• Prepare Financial Reports: Create work papers, financial statements, and internal accounting and audit reports
  
  
• Analyze Financial Results: Review variances against prior periods and budgets, and provide clear insights
  
  
• Support Audits & Compliance: Work closely with independent auditors to meet reporting and compliance requirements
  
  
• Improve Processes: Recommend enhancements to internal controls, accounting procedures, and workflows
  
  
• Conduct Internal Audits: Perform internal reviews as needed to maintain accuracy and compliance
  
  
• Support Business Partners: Assist with budgeting, expense coding, documentation, and accounting inquiries
  
  
• Handle Month-End Close: Ensure accurate and timely close and reporting
  
  
• Review Team Output: Check accounting work prepared by others for accuracy and standards compliance
  
  
• Train & Support Staff: Help train and guide accounting and technical team members

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  
  
• CPA license (required)
  
  
• At least 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
  
  
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
  
  
• Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
  
  
• Solid background in balance sheet reconciliations
  
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  
  
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  
  
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment
  
  
• Bonus: Experience in manufacturing and cost accounting
